The MMK Foundation is a Non Profit Organization and Public Benefit Organization, registered as a Trust. The trustees oversee the Foundation’s work and help guide our decision-making process.
Section 12A of Income Tax Act - Under the Income Tax Act, 1961, non- profit entities such as charitable trusts, religious organizations, NGOs which are registered under Section 12A are eligible to claim full exemption from income tax.

Yes, on your request, a certificate of appreciation will be provided based on the quality and period of your volunteering.
